An appetizing recipe for chocolate crumble and earthworm jello for your Halloween party.

INGREDIENTS
The crumble - the earth
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) flour
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) butter
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) sugar
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) almond powder
- 90 ml (6 tablespoons) Cacao Barry cocoa powder
Earthworm jello
- 1 bag raspberry jello
- 2 sachets plain gelatin (4 gelatin sheets)
- 750 ml (3 cups) boiling water
- 2 or 3 drops green or blue coloring
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) 35% cream
- 50 plastic straws
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine flour, butter, sugar, almond powder and cocoa powder.
- On a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat, pour the even, sandy mixture and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Leave the crumble to cool.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the gelatine, jello powder, boiling water and coloring.
- Allow to cool slightly, then stir in the cream.
- Place as many straws as possible upright in a plastic cup.
- Pour the prepared mixture into the straws and chill in the fridge for 12 hours.
- Empty each straw by pressing on one end or blowing into it.
- Place crumble in each bowl and add a few worms.
