Crumble au chocolat et vers de terre en jello

An appetizing recipe for chocolate crumble and earthworm jello for your Halloween party.

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven, rack in center, to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, butter, sugar, almond powder and cocoa powder.
  3. On a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat, pour the even, sandy mixture and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Leave the crumble to cool.
  5. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the gelatine, jello powder, boiling water and coloring.
  6. Allow to cool slightly, then stir in the cream.
  7. Place as many straws as possible upright in a plastic cup.
  8. Pour the prepared mixture into the straws and chill in the fridge for 12 hours.
  9. Empty each straw by pressing on one end or blowing into it.
  10. Place crumble in each bowl and add a few worms.
