INGREDIENTS
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) flour
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) rolled oats (or almond powder, cereal, etc.)
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) butter
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) cornstarch
- QS Berries, banana, apple, etc...
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 190°C (375°F).
- For the crumble, mix flour, flakes, butter, sugar and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine the fruit and cornstarch.
- In a baking dish, spread the fruit mixture, cover the top with the prepared crumble and bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
