Fruit crumble

Crumble aux fruits

Cooking time : 30 to 45 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) flour
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) rolled oats (or almond powder, cereal, etc.)
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp.) butter
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) cornstarch
  • QS Berries, banana, apple, etc...

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven, rack in center, to 190°C (375°F).
  2. For the crumble, mix flour, flakes, butter, sugar and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine the fruit and cornstarch.
  4. In a baking dish, spread the fruit mixture, cover the top with the prepared crumble and bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
