Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) crab meat or snow leg
- 500 ml (2 cups) Chinese celery, cut into pieces
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) yellow curry powder
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) turmeric powder
- 1 onion, minced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) hot sauce
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) fish sauce
- 1 L (4 cups) chicken or fish broth
Preparation
- In a hot saucepan, brown the crab pieces and celery in the canola oil
- Crack the eggs into the pan and cook while stirring.
- Add the tomato paste, garlic, curry, turmeric, onion, hot sauce, fish sauce and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Then add the broth and let it cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Check the seasoning.
- Enjoy, accompanied by steamed rice.
