Cupcake Deco

For the cake recipe:

Cupcake

  • 200 gr (7 oz) unsalted butter
  • 200 gr (7 oz) sugar
  • 200 gr (7 oz) flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) baking powder
  1. -> take recipe for Four/Quart
  2. If necessary, add some of the following ingredients (muffin batter in a boiler)

ROYAL ICING

  • 1 egg, white
  • 250 gr (9 oz) powdered sugar
  • 1/2 lemon, juice
  1. In a bowl, mix egg white, powdered sugar and lemon juice until dense, homogeneous and smooth.
  2. If the consistency is too liquid, add a little more powdered sugar.

THE CREAM

  • 250 g (9 oz) cream cheese
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
  • 1 lemon, zest
  1. In a bowl, using a hand mixer, blend the cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon zest until smooth and homogeneous.
  2. Use as required: various-colored rolling fondant, white rolling fondant, coloring agents, cake boxes, paper cases.
