- 250 ml (1 cup) water
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 g Versawhip
- 2 g Xanthan gum
Preparation
Blend honey, water, salt, Versawhip and Xanthan gum in the bowl of a stand mixer, using a whisk, until stiff and frothy.
