Ingredients
- 150 ml (10 tbsp) / 100 g Ocoa 70% cocoa chocolate
- 75 ml (5 tbsp) / 100 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 75 ml (5 tbsp) / 70 g sugar
- 1 orange, zest
- 8 ml (1/2 tbsp) / 10 g cocoa powder
- 75 ml (5 tbsp) / 50 g cornstarch
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 ml (1 tsp) / 3 g baking powder
Preparation
- Preheat the oven, rack in the center to 200 °C (400 °F).
- In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate then add the butter. Once everything is homogeneous, remove the bowl from the bain-marie.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, using a whisk, mix the eggs, then add the sugar and zest.
- Incorporate the chocolate into the egg mixture.
- Incorporate the cocoa powder, pinch of salt, cornstarch and baking powder.
- In previously buttered ramekins, pour the prepared mixture and set aside in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- On a baking sheet, arrange the ramekins and bake for 14 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
