Ingredients
- 3 Honeycrisp apples, cubed
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) butter
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) sugar
- 1 lemon, juice
- 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
- 250 ml (1 cup) 35% cream
- 250 ml (1 cup) cream cheese
- 90 ml (6 tbsp) maple syrup
- ½ lemon, zest
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
Preparation
- In a hot skillet, brown the apples in the butter for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract and stir, continuing to cook for another 2 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, using a whisk or electric mixer, whip the 35% cream until you obtain a semi-firm consistency.
- In another bowl, using an electric mixer, whip the cream cheese and maple syrup.
- Incorporate the whipped cream, lemon zest and salt.
- In each glass, layer the crushed biscuits, then the prepared mixture and finally the sautéed apples.
