INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 75 ml (5 tbsp) melted butter
- 250 ml (1 cup) flour
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) baking powder
- 400 ml (1 2/3 cups) milk
- 250 ml (1 cup) carrots, grated
- 250 ml (1 cup) potatoes, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, using a whisk, mix the eggs and butter.
- Add the flour, baking powder, salt.
- Gradually incorporate the milk.
- When the dough is smooth, add the carrots, potatoes and mix.
- Preheat the waffle iron.
- In the hot waffle iron, pour a ladle of dough, cook until browned.
- Repeat this until there is no more dough.
