Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) orange juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) crushed pink pepper
- 3 ml (1/2 tsp) ground pepper
- 250 ml (1 cup) tonic
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) Gin
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) grated ginger
- Qs ice cubes
Preparation
- In a pitcher, mix the orange juice, pink and black pepper, ginger and let sit in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
- Strain everything and add the gin.
- Half fill the glasses with ice cubes, pour the prepared mixture, then top with tonic.
