Ingredients
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeno pepper, membranes and seeds removed, finely diced
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) honey
- 250 ml (1 cup) peas, cooked
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 500 ml (2 cups) crab meat
- 1 tomato, cored, diced
- 205 ml (1 cup) béchamel sauce
- 120 ml (8 tbsp) breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven, rack in the middle to 200 °C (400 °F).
- In a hot skillet, sauté the onion and jalapenos in a little oil until browned.
- Add the honey, peas and garlic.
- In a bowl, mix the mixture obtained, the crab meat, the tomato and the béchamel sauce,
- Garnish the crab shells, cover with breadcrumbs and bake for 15 min.
