Ingredients
- 4 to 8 mini croissants
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) apricot or strawberry jam
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) strawberries, sliced
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) blueberries
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) raspberries
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Homemade whipped cream (if using) :
- 250 ml (1 cup) 35% cream
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) powdered sugar
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) vanilla extract
Preparation
- If making homemade whipped cream, whip 35% cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Slice mini croissants in half lengthwise. Spread inside with a little jam.
- Garnish with fresh fruit, then add whipped cream (homemade or from a spray can).
- Place on top of croissants and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
