Ingredients
- 2 pizza dough balls
- 250 ml (1 cup) chorizo, thinly sliced
- 250 ml (1 cup) sour cream
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) parsley leaves, chopped
- 250 ml (1 cup) grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat barbecue to maximum.
- On work surface, roll out pizza dough into 4 small ovals.
- Place the dough pieces on the barbecue grill and cook for 1 minute on each side.
- At the same time, in a hot frying pan, brown the chorizo so that the slices are nicely toasted.
- On each piece of dough, spread the sour cream, sprinkle the parsley and Parmesan, arrange the chorizo slices to write a message and, on the barbecue grill, cook for a further 1 minute.
