Oatmeal and nutella muffins

OATMEAL AND NUTELLA MUFFINS

Portions : 4 - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking : 18 minutes

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) Nutella
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) brown sugar
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 orange, zested
  • 375 ml (1 ½ cups) rolled oats
  • 10 ml (2 tsp.) baking powder
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 500 ml (2 cups) flour

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven, rack in center, to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together egg, brown sugar and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. Stir in orange zest, Nutella, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour.
  4. Divide mixture between muffin tins lined with muffin paper and bake for 18 minutes.
  5. Cool before serving.
