Ingredients
- 400 gr (13 1/2 oz) ground pork from Quebec
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) ginger, minced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Sambal Oelek sauce
- 5 ml (1 tsp) sweet or hot paprika
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) soy sauce
- 1.5 l (6 cups) vegetable broth
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) miso paste
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) soy sauce
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) sesame oil
- 4 servings cooked Ramen noodles
- 4 eggs, soft-boiled
- 500 ml (2 cups) edamame beans, blanched
- 250 ml (1 cup) corn kernels
- 500 ml (2 cups) sprouts Mango beans (bean sprouts)
- 4 stalks of green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
- In a hot pan, with a little fat, brown the ground pork, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the garlic, onion, ginger, hot sauce, paprika, soy sauce and let brown for another 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat the vegetable broth, add the miso, soy sauce, sesame oil and simmer for 15 minutes. Check the seasoning.
- In each bowl, divide the cooked noodles, broth, eggs, pork, mamane beans, corn and bean sprouts.
- Before serving, garnish with green onions.
