Ingredients
- 1 lbs of ground pork
- 1 can of finely chopped tomatoes (796 ml)
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 500 ml (2 cups) zucchini, cubed
- 500 ml (2 cups) aubergine, cubed
- 250 ml (1 cup) French mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) ginger, chopped
- 15 ml (1 Tbsp) lemongrass, chopped (optional)
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) sesame seeds
- 5 tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- Asian hot sauce to taste
- 4 servings of cooked Asian noodles (Soba, Chow Mein, Ramen)
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) sesame oil
Preparation
- In a hot skillet, sauté the pork in vegetable oil for 5 minutes until it is brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the hot skillet, add the onion, zucchini and aubergine cubes, mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, meat, ginger, lemongrass, crushed tomatoes, sesame seeds, soy sauce, Hoisin sauce, hot sauce to taste and reduce, 2 minutes.
- Add the noodles and sesame oil. Check seasoning.
