Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) fat of your choice (butter, oil or Mycryo cocoa butter)
- 1 broccoli, small florets
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 125 ml (½ cup) salted peanuts
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) Hoisin sauce
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) soy sauce
- 1 bird pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) honey
- 4 portions rice vermicelli
Preparation
- In a hot skillet, quickly sauté garlic in the fat of your choice. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the broccoli, Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey and chili pepper.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice vermicelli in plenty of water according to package directions.
- Add the rice noodles and sprinkle with fried garlic.
