Broccoli noodles sautéed with fried garlic

Serves : 4

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time : 5 to 7 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) fat of your choice (butter, oil or Mycryo cocoa butter)
  • 1 broccoli, small florets
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 125 ml (½ cup) salted peanuts
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) Hoisin sauce
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) soy sauce
  • 1 bird pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) honey
  • 4 portions rice vermicelli

Preparation

  1. In a hot skillet, quickly sauté garlic in the fat of your choice. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli, Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey and chili pepper.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the rice vermicelli in plenty of water according to package directions.
  5. Add the rice noodles and sprinkle with fried garlic.
