Ingredients
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 broccoli, chopped
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 salmon steaks
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) honey
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Knorr concentrated vegetable broth
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) dill
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) 35% cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Topping
- 4 portions rice or fresh pasta
Preparation
- In a hot skillet, sauté onion and broccoli in some olive oil for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, salt and pepper and mix. Remove and set aside in a bowl.
- In the same pan, in the remaining oil, sear the salmon for 2 minutes on each side.
- Then deglaze with white wine, add honey, Knorr broth, dill, broccoli mixture and cream and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Check seasoning.
