Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough ball
- 250 ml (1 cup) crabmeat
- 250 ml (1 cup) multicolored roasted peppers, cut into strips
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) herbes de Provence blend
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) grated Parmesan cheese
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) white balsamic vinegar
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) olive oil
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) arugula
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven, pizza stone on center rack, to 260 ˚C (500 ˚F).
- On work surface, roll out pizza dough.
- Brush the dough with a little olive oil, sprinkle with the herbes de Provence, scatter over the crabmeat, peppers and a little salt and pepper, and bake for 5 minutes or more, depending on your oven, until the dough is cooked.
- Once out of the oven, top with the Parmesan, arugula and finish with a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar.
