Pizza with crab and roasted bell pepper

Cooking time: about 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough ball
  • 250 ml (1 cup) crabmeat
  • 250 ml (1 cup) multicolored roasted peppers, cut into strips
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) herbes de Provence blend
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) white balsamic vinegar
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp.) olive oil
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) arugula
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven, pizza stone on center rack, to 260 ˚C (500 ˚F).
  2. On work surface, roll out pizza dough.
  3. Brush the dough with a little olive oil, sprinkle with the herbes de Provence, scatter over the crabmeat, peppers and a little salt and pepper, and bake for 5 minutes or more, depending on your oven, until the dough is cooked.
  4. Once out of the oven, top with the Parmesan, arugula and finish with a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar.
