Ingredients
Seafood
- 1/2 bag cooked and shelled mussels (or clams)
- 1 cup 34/40 shelled shrimp (or small scallops)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
Pizza
- 4 pizza dough balls, homemade or store-bought
- 8 tbsp sour cream or crème fraîche
- 1 cup arugula
- Olive oil, to taste
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the BBQ to maximum heat.
- In a bowl, mix the garlic, paprika, chili flakes, tomato paste, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Coat the shrimp with the mixture, then grill for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside.
- Roll out the pizza dough and place each on the hot grill for 45 seconds, until one side is firm and golden.
- Remove from the grill, spread sour cream on the cooked side, top with shrimp, mussels, and place the pizzas back on the grill for 5 minutes in indirect heat with the lid closed.
- Garnish with arugula, drizzle with olive oil, and enjoy.
