Four-cheese pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough
  • 125 ml (½ cup) tomato sauce
  • 250 ml (1 cup) mozzarella, grated
  • 250 ml (1 cup) cheddar cheese, grated
  • 90 ml (6 tablespoons) blue cheese, sliced
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp.) Paillot de chèvre cheese, sliced
  • 2 pinches herbes de Provence blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven, rack in center, to 290°C (550°F) (place pizza stone in oven).
  2. On work surface, roll out dough.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, sprinkle with the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, then the blue cheese and goat cheese slices, the herbes de Provence and bake for 5 minutes.
