Ingredients
- 1 ball pizza dough
- 125 ml (½ cup) tomato sauce
- 250 ml (1 cup) mozzarella, grated
- 250 ml (1 cup) cheddar cheese, grated
- 90 ml (6 tablespoons) blue cheese, sliced
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) Paillot de chèvre cheese, sliced
- 2 pinches herbes de Provence blend
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 290°C (550°F) (place pizza stone in oven).
- On work surface, roll out dough.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, sprinkle with the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, then the blue cheese and goat cheese slices, the herbes de Provence and bake for 5 minutes.
