PROSCIUTTO, ARUGULA AND PARMESAN WHITE PIZZA

Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough ball
- 90 ml (6 tablespoons) olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 pinches dried thyme
- 125 ml (½ cup) Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 4 to 6 slices prosciutto, very thinly sliced
- 250 ml (1 cup) arugula
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) white balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 290°C (550°F) (place pizza stone in oven).
- In a bowl, combine oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Roll out pizza dough on work surface.
- Brush dough with prepared oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Place the pizza on the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, place the ham slices, arugula, olive oil and vinegar on the pizza.
