White pizza with prosciutto, arugula and parmesan

PROSCIUTTO, ARUGULA AND PARMESAN WHITE PIZZA

Portions : 4 - Preparation : 5 minutes - Cooking : 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough ball
  • 90 ml (6 tablespoons) olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 pinches dried thyme
  • 125 ml (½ cup) Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 4 to 6 slices prosciutto, very thinly sliced
  • 250 ml (1 cup) arugula
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) white balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven, rack in center, to 290°C (550°F) (place pizza stone in oven).
  2. In a bowl, combine oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out pizza dough on work surface.
  4. Brush dough with prepared oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place the pizza on the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
  6. Once out of the oven, place the ham slices, arugula, olive oil and vinegar on the pizza.
