Ingredients
- 1 ball of homemade or store-bought pizza dough
- 250 ml (1 cup) homemade Bolognese sauce
- 12 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 120 ml (8 tbsp) olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) parsley leaves, minced
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) basil leaves, minced
- 250 ml (1 cup) arugula
- 1 ball burrata,
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven, rack in the center to 290 °C (550 °F) or maximum, if possible the pizza stone on the rack.
- On the work surface, roll out the pizza dough.
- On the dough, spread the Bolognese sauce, the Cherry tomatoes, slide the dough into the oven and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the oil, garlic, parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Check the seasoning.
- When ready to serve, on the pizza, spread the arugula, the prepared herb oil, open the burrata in the center, salt and pepper.
