Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough ball
- 90 ml (6 tablespoons) homemade tomato sauce
- 6 slices cooked ham
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) maple syrup
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) breakfast potatoes, cooked
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) grated Parmesan cheese
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) mozzarella, grated
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 290°C (550°F).
- Roll out pizza dough on work surface
- On top of the dough, spread the tomato sauce, ham, maple syrup, potatoes, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella and bake for 5 to 6 minutes, until the dough has cooked slightly.
- Spread the eggs, salt and pepper over the pizza and continue baking for a further 5 minutes, until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
