TURKEY BREAST WITH GREEN OLIVES

Ingredients
- 1 turkey breast
- 250 ml (1 cup) green olives
- 125 ml (½ cup) parsley leaves, chopped
- 1 l (4 cups) chicken broth
- 1 green bell pepper, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) honey
- 1 lemon, juice
- 250 ml (1 cup) white wine
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) fat of your choice (butter, oil or Mycryo cocoa butter)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a hot skillet, brown turkey breast coated with Mycryo butter on all sides, or in the fat of your choice.
- Place turkey breast in slow cooker and add remaining ingredients. Cook on medium for 4 hours. Check seasoning.
- Serve sliced or shredded with pasta.
