Turkey breast with green olives

TURKEY BREAST WITH GREEN OLIVES

Portions : 4 - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking time : 4 hours 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast
  • 250 ml (1 cup) green olives
  • 125 ml (½ cup) parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1 l (4 cups) chicken broth
  • 1 green bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) honey
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 250 ml (1 cup) white wine
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) fat of your choice (butter, oil or Mycryo cocoa butter)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a hot skillet, brown turkey breast coated with Mycryo butter on all sides, or in the fat of your choice.
  2. Place turkey breast in slow cooker and add remaining ingredients. Cook on medium for 4 hours. Check seasoning.
  3. Serve sliced or shredded with pasta.
