Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, cut into 12 to 16 wedges
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) olive oil
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) thyme, leaves removed
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) rosemary, leaves removed
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) parsley leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a hot skillet, sear the potatoes in the oil for 2 minutes on each side.
- Lower the heat and add the butter, garlic, cayenne pepper, thyme and rosemary. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, turning the slices from time to time.
- Sprinkle the top with parsley, salt and pepper.
