ASIAN-STYLE GRILLED PORK
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 20 minutes - Cooking time : 3 to 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 500 g (17 oz) Québec sirloin pork, thinly sliced
- 120 ml (8 tbsp.) Nuoc-mâm sauce
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) SambalOelek hot sauce
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) sesame oil
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) Hoisin sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, finely julienned
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ bunch coriander, leaves removed and chopped
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 4 portions white rice, cooked
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the pork slices, Nuoc-mâm, Sambal Oelek, sesame oil, Hoisin sauce and garlic.
- In a hot frying pan, brown the meat until golden.
- Add the bell pepper and onion and cook for a further 1 minute.
- Add the fresh coriander.
- Divide the rice, prepared meat and carrots between the plates.
