Ingredients
- 3 Quebec chicken breasts, cubed
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) canola oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 zucchini, thickly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) soy sauce
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) sesame oil
- 5 ml (1 tsp) Sambal Oelek hot sauce
- 250 ml (1 cup) crushed peanuts
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) chopped coriander leaves
Preparation
- In a hot pan, brown the chicken cubes in a little canola oil. Then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, brown the onion and zucchini.
- Add garlic, chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, hot sauce and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more. Check the seasoning.
- Add crushed peanuts and coriander.
- Serve with white rice
