Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless, cut into strips
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) fat of your choice (butter, oil or Mycryo cocoa butter)
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 500 ml (2 cups) snow peas, halved
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 250 ml (1 cup) mushrooms, sliced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) garlic, minced
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) sesame oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh ginger, minced
- 5 ml (1 tsp) Sambal Oelek Hot Sauce
- Qs water, as needed
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) sesame seeds
- 4 servings of rice, cooked
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a hot pan, brown the chicken coated in Mycryo butter or in the fat of your choice. Salt and pepper lightly.
- Add the shallots, broccoli, carrot, snow peas, chestnuts, mushrooms, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, Sambal Oelek and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the Campbell’s celery cream, water if necessary and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add the sesame seeds.
- Serve with white rice.
