Broccoli and feta cheese quiche

Portions : 4 - Preparation : 15 minutes - Cooking : 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli, chopped
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) honey
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) oregano
  • 250 ml (1 cup) feta cheese
  • 1 sheet shortcrust pastry
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven, rack in center, to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine broccoli, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk and oregano in a bowl.
  5. Add feta and broccoli. Check seasoning.
  6. Spread the mixture over the tart base and bake for 30 minutes.
