Ingredients
- 1 broccoli, chopped
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) honey
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) oregano
- 250 ml (1 cup) feta cheese
- 1 sheet shortcrust pastry
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 190°C (375°F).
- In a bowl, combine broccoli, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat and bake for 10 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, milk and oregano in a bowl.
- Add feta and broccoli. Check seasoning.
- Spread the mixture over the tart base and bake for 30 minutes.
