Ingredients
- 1 duck breast, thinly sliced
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) canola oil
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Hoisin sauce
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) fresh ginger, chopped
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) hot sauce
- 4 kidney beans, cut into chunks
- 2 shallots, minced
- 4 eggs
- 4 portions rice, cooked
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) sesame oil
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) sesame seeds
Preparation
- In a hot skillet or wok, sear duck slices in a little canola oil over high heat.
- Add the Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, hot sauce, kidney beans and shallots and sauté for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a little oil, break the eggs directly into the pan and cook them quickly, stirring all the time.
- Add the cooked rice and sauté.
- Add the prepared meat, green onion, sesame oil and sesame seeds.
