Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) unsalted butter, kneaded
- 250 ml (1 cup) brown sugar
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) cinnamon, ground
- 1 orange, zest
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 pure butter puff pastries (store-bought)
- 500 ml (2 cups) diced marshmallows
- 250 ml (1 cup) pecans
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, zest, cinnamon and salt.
- On a work surface, cut each puff pastry into 2 strips.
- On each of the 4 strips of pastry, spread the prepared mixture, sprinkle the marshmallow cubes and half (1/2 cup) of the pecans.
- Roll up each strip to make 4 rolls and cut each roll in half.
- Place the rolls in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with the remaining pecans and bake for about 40 minutes.
