Mango and red onion salad
Ingredients
- 1 unit Mango
- 1/2 unit Red onion
- 1 unit Red bell pepper
- 10 units Snow peas
- 1 cup Soy sprouts
- 1/4 bqt Parsley
- 2.5 ml Sugar
- 5 ml Fish sauce
- 50 ml Vegetable oil
- 20 ml Lime juice
- 4 ml Toasted sesame oil
- qs Salt
- qs Pepper
Preparation
- Finely julienne all vegetables. Chop parsley.
- In a bowl, whisk together parsley, lime juice, sugar, fish sauce, vegetable oil and sesame oil.
- Add mango, bell bell pepper, onion, snow peas and bean sprouts.
- Toss to coat well.
- Serve
