CHICKPEA SALAD

Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 mini-cups honey
- 1 lime, juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) curry, ground
- 1/2 bunch coriander, leaves removed
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) canola or olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a bowl, combine chickpeas, red onion, honey, lime juice and a touch of curry powder, coriander, salt, pepper and oil. Check seasoning.
