Egg and boursin sandwich

EGG AND BOURSIN SANDWICH

Portions : 4 - Preparation time : 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 8 slices farmhouse bread
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) Boursin Cuisine
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 beet, cooked and sliced
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crisp
  • 4 Boston lettuce leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread slices
  2. In a bowl, mash the hard-boiled eggs with a fork. Add the Boursin Cuisine and mix. Spread the mixture on each slice of bread.
  3. Divide the beet slices between four of the bread slices. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top each sandwich with bacon and salad. Close with the remaining slices of bread.
  5. Enjoy!
