Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 onion, chopped
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) chicken broth
- 250 ml (1 cup) cream
- 250 ml (1 cup) frozen green peas
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 pinch herbes de Provence blend
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) white balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Chop the bacon on the work surface.
- In a hot skillet, sauté bacon and onion until browned.
- Add the stock, cream, peas, garlic, herbes de Provence and vinegar, and allow to thicken slightly.
- Check the seasoning.
