Ingredients
- 125 ml (½ cup) maple syrup
- 125 ml (½ cup) Panko breadcrumbs
- 125 ml (½ cup) miso
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) olive oil
- 600 gr (20 ½ oz) salmon fillet hearts
- 4 portions oven-roasted potatoes
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) sour cream
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) chives, snipped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine maple syrup, miso, breadcrumbs, garlic and oil.
- Place salmon in an ovenproof dish or baking sheet, brush with mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve with roasted potatoes, sour cream and chives.
