ORANGE BEEF STIR-FRY
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking time : about 6 minutes
Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) orange juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) fresh ginger, chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) cornstarch
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) Sambal Oelek
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) soy sauce
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) honey
- 500 gr (17 oz) fondue meat
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) fat of your choice (butter, oil or Mycryo cocoa butter)
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine orange juice, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, Sambal Oelek, soy sauce and honey.
- In a hot pan, sear the beef pieces in the fat of your choice. Once colored, add the red bell pepper, the prepared mixture and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
