Orange beef stir-fry

ORANGE BEEF STIR-FRY

Portions : 4 - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking time : about 6 minutes

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) orange juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) fresh ginger, chopped
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) cornstarch
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) Sambal Oelek
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp.) soy sauce
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp.) honey
  • 500 gr (17 oz) fondue meat
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) fat of your choice (butter, oil or Mycryo cocoa butter)
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienned
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp.) sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine orange juice, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, Sambal Oelek, soy sauce and honey.
  2. In a hot pan, sear the beef pieces in the fat of your choice. Once colored, add the red bell pepper, the prepared mixture and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
