BEEF AND BROCCOLI STIR-FRY
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking time : 8 to 9 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) fat of your choice (butter, oil or Mycryo cocoa butter)
- 1 broccoli, florets
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1" fresh ginger, chopped
- 4 portions fondue meat
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) soy sauce
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) hot and sour sauce
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) sesame oil
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) white vinegar
- 4 portions rice, steamed or cooked noodles
Preparation
- In a hot skillet, sauté the onion in the fat of your choice for 2 minutes. Then add the broccoli florets, garlic and ginger and cook for a further 2 minutes. Set aside in a bowl.
- In the same pan, brown the melted meat. Add the soy sauce, hot and sour sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and vegetables and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
