Ingredients
- 3 Quebec chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) fat of your choice (butter, oil or Mycryo cocoa butter)
- 250 ml (1 cup) unsalted cashews
- 1 red pepper, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) soy sauce
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) lime juice
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) honey
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh ginger, chopped
- 5 ml (1 tsp) hot sauce (Sambal Oelek)
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) sesame oil
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 4 servings Asian noodles, cooked
- Salt and pepper pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a hot pan, brown the chicken and onion coated with Mycryo butter or in the fat of your choice.
- Once everything is lightly colored, add the cashew nuts, pepper, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, ginger, hot sauce, sesame oil and let brown for a few minutes. Check the seasoning.
- Spread the coriander and serve on noodles.
