Asian Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 3 Quebec chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) fat of your choice (butter, oil or Mycryo cocoa butter)
  • 250 ml (1 cup) unsalted cashews
  • 1 red pepper, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) soy sauce
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) lime juice
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) honey
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh ginger, chopped
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) hot sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) sesame oil
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 4 servings Asian noodles, cooked
  • Salt and pepper pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a hot pan, brown the chicken and onion coated with Mycryo butter or in the fat of your choice.
  2. Once everything is lightly colored, add the cashew nuts, pepper, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, ginger, hot sauce, sesame oil and let brown for a few minutes. Check the seasoning.
  3. Spread the coriander and serve on noodles.
