Ingredients
- 4 Quebec beef shorts ribs
- 2 cups beet cubes
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 tablespoons MTl steak spices
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 l beef broth
- 500 ml dark beer
- 4 tbsp honey
- ½ cup white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Topping:
- 4 portions wheat semolina
- 4 portions green vegetables (peas, beans, etc.)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 300F
- Place meat in a rotisserie, add broth, onion, garlic, pepper, black beer, honey, beets, vinegar and steak spices.
- Cover and cook for 5 hours.
- Adjust seasoning.
- Divide the semolina between the plates. Add meat, green vegetables and cover with cooking juices.
