QUEBEC STRAWBERRY AND TOFU SMOOTHIE
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 5 minutes - Marinade : 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) Québec strawberries, cleaned and hulled
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) sugar
- ½ lemon, juice
- 1 mango, cubed
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) silken tofu (soft)
- 500 ml to 750 ml (2 to 3 cups) exotic fruit juice
Preparation
- Cut strawberries into 4 and place in a bowl. Add sugar and lemon juice.
- Marinate for 30 minutes in a cool place.
- In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little fruit juice if the mixture is too thick.
- Serve chilled.
