Quebec strawberry and tofu smoothie

QUEBEC STRAWBERRY AND TOFU SMOOTHIE

Portions : 4 - Preparation : 5 minutes - Marinade : 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 500 ml (2 cups) Québec strawberries, cleaned and hulled
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) sugar
  • ½ lemon, juice
  • 1 mango, cubed
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) silken tofu (soft)
  • 500 ml to 750 ml (2 to 3 cups) exotic fruit juice

Preparation

  1. Cut strawberries into 4 and place in a bowl. Add sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Marinate for 30 minutes in a cool place.
  3. In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little fruit juice if the mixture is too thick.
  4. Serve chilled.
