CHOCOLATE BACON WAFFLE LOLLIPOP

Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) Ocoa 70% Cacao Barry chocolate
- 8 Liège waffles, cut in half
- 16 lollipop sticks
- 8 slices bacon, crisp and chopped
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) crushed peanuts
Preparation
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
- Insert a stick into each waffle half.
- Dip wafers halfway into chocolate.
- Sprinkle waffles with bacon and peanuts.
- Leave to cool before serving.
