Chocolate bacon waffle lollipop

CHOCOLATE BACON WAFFLE LOLLIPOP

Ingredients

  • 500 ml (2 cups) Ocoa 70% Cacao Barry chocolate
  • 8 Liège waffles, cut in half
  • 16 lollipop sticks
  • 8 slices bacon, crisp and chopped
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp.) crushed peanuts

Preparation

  1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Insert a stick into each waffle half.
  3. Dip wafers halfway into chocolate.
  4. Sprinkle waffles with bacon and peanuts.
  5. Leave to cool before serving.
