Creamy Crab Tagliatelle

Ingredients

  • 125 ml (½ cup) chorizo ​​to cook
  • 125 ml (½ cup) 35% cream
  • 125 ml (½ cup) vegetable broth
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) capers
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 portions fresh or store-bought tagliatelle
  • 125 ml (½ cup) parmesan, finely grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Meanwhile, in a hot pan, brown the chorizo ​​for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add the cream, broth, capers, paprika, garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the crab meat. Check the seasoning.
  4. In a saucepan of boiling salted water, cook the pasta.
  5. Add the pasta and a little cooking water to the sauce. Mix everything together. Check the seasoning.
  6. Serve, sprinkled with parmesan.
