Ingredients
- 125 ml (½ cup) chorizo to cook
- 125 ml (½ cup) 35% cream
- 125 ml (½ cup) vegetable broth
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) capers
- 10 ml (2 tsp) paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 portions fresh or store-bought tagliatelle
- 125 ml (½ cup) parmesan, finely grated
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Meanwhile, in a hot pan, brown the chorizo for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the cream, broth, capers, paprika, garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the crab meat. Check the seasoning.
- In a saucepan of boiling salted water, cook the pasta.
- Add the pasta and a little cooking water to the sauce. Mix everything together. Check the seasoning.
- Serve, sprinkled with parmesan.
