ASIAN-STYLE SALMON TARTAR WITH AVOCADO AND SESAME SEEDS

Ingredients
- 400 g (13 1/2 oz) fresh salmon, cubed
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) sesame oil
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) rice vinegar
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) SambalOelek
- 250 ml (1 cup) tempura, crisp
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) sesame seeds
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) Tobiko fish roe
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine salmon, sesame oil, rice vinegar, coriander, avocado and SambalOelek. Check seasoning.
- Divide the tempura and salmon tartar between the bowls and garnish with sesame seeds and fish roe.
