Ingredients
- 300 g (10 oz) Albacore tuna steak, small cubes
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) Sambal Oelek
- 1 lemon, zest
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) coriander seeds, ground
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) dill
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) gray shallot, finely chopped
- ½ clove garlic, puréed
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) olive oil
- 1 pink or yellow grapefruit, peeled raw, cut into segments
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine tuna, hot sauce, lemon zest, coriander, dill, shallot, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Check seasoning.
- Add grapefruit segments.
- Serve with bread croutons.
