Portions : 4 - Preparation time : 10 minutes - Cooking time : 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 90 ml (6 tablespoons) sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 90 ml (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) Amaretto
- 1 lemon, zest
- 90 ml (6 tbsp.) almond powder
- 3 ml (1/2 tsp.) bitter almond extract
- 1 ball butter puff pastry, store-bought
- 2 Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced

- On a work surface, roll out the puff pastry, cutting a disk about 8 to 9" in diameter.
- On an ovenproof baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat, place the disc of pastry and in the center, pour and spread the prepared mixture to cover almost the entire surface.
- Place the apple slices on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve with a scoop of ice cream on top.
