Strawberry mascarpone tart

Serves : 4

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) mascarpone cheese
  • 1 lemon, zest
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) ground cinnamon
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) vanilla extract
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) Ricard (alcohol)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) sugar
  • 1 sheet of baked dough
  • 500 to 750 ml (2 to 3 cups) strawberries
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) powdered sugar

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone, zest, cinnamon, vanilla, Ricard, pinch of salt and sugar until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture over the bottom of the baked tart, then arrange the strawberries.
  3. Just before serving, sprinkle the tart with powdered sugar.
