Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) mascarpone cheese
- 1 lemon, zest
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) ground cinnamon
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) vanilla extract
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) Ricard (alcohol)
- 1 pinch salt
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) sugar
- 1 sheet of baked dough
- 500 to 750 ml (2 to 3 cups) strawberries
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) powdered sugar
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone, zest, cinnamon, vanilla, Ricard, pinch of salt and sugar until smooth.
- Spread the mixture over the bottom of the baked tart, then arrange the strawberries.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the tart with powdered sugar.
