Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) olive oil
- 600 gr (20 ½ oz) tempeh, cut into triangles
- 1 sprig thyme, leaves removed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 500 ml (2 cups) snow peas
- 1 red pepper, julienned
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) white balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a hot skillet, brown the onion in the oil for 2 minutes.
- Add the tempeh and brown for 2 minutes.
- Add the thyme, garlic and white wine and reduce over medium heat for a few minutes.
- Add snow peas, bell pepper, chilli, white balsamic vinegar and mix cook xxx?? minutes. Check seasoning.
- Serve with rice.
