Ingredients
- 16 small vine tomatoes on branches
- 1/2 sprig rosemary
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 120 ml (8 tbsp) olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven, rack in the center to 200 °C (400 °F).
- Using the tip of a paring knife, prick each tomato.
- Pluck the leaves from the rosemary and thyme, then finely chop the sprigs.
- In a bowl, mix the garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, maple syrup, salt and pepper. Check the seasoning.
- Add the tomatoes to coat them with the seasoning.
- On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or a silicone mat, spread the tomatoes and bake for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Let cool.
