Ingredients
- 1 beef fondue tray
- 120 ml (8 tbsp.) Asia Sauce Gochujang Korean BBQ sauce
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Asia Sauce Sambal Oelek
- 1 onion, chopped
- 500 ml (2 cups) green cabbage, grated
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) canola oil
- 8 to 12 lettuce leaves
- 500 ml (2 cups) cooked rice (basmati, jasmine or sushi)
- ½ bunch fresh coriander
- 75 ml (5 tbsp.) fried onions
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a hot skillet over high heat, brown the beef in a little oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add Asia Sauce Gochujang Korean BBQ sauce, half of Asia Sauce Sambal Oelek sauce, onion, cabbage and sauté for 3 to 3 minutes.
- In each lettuce leaf, divide the rice, Korean-style beef stir-fry, a few coriander leaves and the fried onions.
- Add a dash of Asia Sauce Sambal Oelek sauce.
